It isn’t possible to play the rangers in the ALDS, we have to play a East team the way it shakes out.

Wouldn’t you much rather face the Red Sox rotation at this point than the Rays? I know who we beat in the regular season, but Rays pitching is just better.

The Rays for sure! They have no fan base, the stadium is empty, and without the support have no reason not to want to go play golf for the rest of the year. Mix in with that only one loss to them all year??? Why even consider any other team! Go Rays! Catch them Sox!

If the Tigers beat the Yankees for the top record in the Al (distinct possibilty with 9 games against the rays and sox still for them)- who would Detroit play – is it still the wild card team?

The Tigers have dominanted the Rays but won only once against the Red Sox. Give me the Rays.
