		<description>He makes quite a few questionable decisions.  I will give you that.  His lineups are weird, so were Sparky&#039;s if you are old enough to remember.  He is no Sparky.  He has the players pulling together.  Some things are beyond his control.  Sometimes, he makes just the right call at the right time but gets no credit.  Who would you rather have: Gibson, Brookens, ...  Gibby has been able to light a fire under the D-Backs this year but I don&#039;t know if it would play here.  Brookens seems sensible.  Given the talent he has, the players want to do well for him. There are quite a few better managers in baseball than him, but they ain&#039;t coming here. Regards.</description>
