I think it might have been easier to be Jay Sborz tonight at Citi Field than to be in front of the TV watching his disastrous major-league debut.
So, rather than analyze this outing, we’ll share what Joe Janish at MetsToday.com (and recent podcast guest) had to say about Sborz’s appearance:
He looked very sad as he walked back to the dugout — like he was on the brink of tears. But I’m sure a graham cracker sandwich of roasted marshmallow and chocolate would have lifted Sborz’ spirits.
