		<description>I remember when the Tigers traded Steve Kemp for Chet Lemon and the point size of the headline was as if there was a major national event.

Those late &#039;70s-early &#039;80s teams were heady times, improving every year, lots of new, young talent (remind you of a certain team?). I also remember looking at the standing every day and saying &quot;If we were in the West, we&#039;d be right in it!&quot; as I lamented the Tigers&#039; stranglehold on 4th place in the East.</description>
