I realise that he is not the ace in the deck but he chews up some innings, and even has a win next to him name. His job is to fill in some frames of work for low damage, and so far he appears to be doing what is asked of him. His ERA is not amazingly pretty, but he’s there to carry some load, and the Tigers are keeping their place in the division. That’s worth a smile or two! Nicholas R.W.
