Opening Thoughts

Here’s a question for you: When the Tigers released first baseman Tony Clark on Nov. 20, 2001, would you have guessed that he’d be hitting home runs on Opening Day 2009 in Arizona — or anywhere else for that matter?

Well, he is.

Update: Clark just went yard again. This time from the right side and he blasted it to dead-center. 8-7 D-backs, bottom of five.
