		<description>I don&#039;t think bringing back Rogers, with a low base salary and lots of incentives, is unreasonable. It depends on if they&#039;re able to do anything on the free agent or trade fronts to improve their pitching. They could do much worse that Rogers as their No. 5 starter, and it would give some younger arms a chance to mature and maybe be ready by mid-season.</description>
