This transportation bill is no more of a transportation bill than I am a bus driver. I drove 5 miles down the road behind and empty bus here. If it that important to the people of Detroit, Wayne County and the State of Michigan than those governmetal bodies should fund such a "Preservation and redevelopment of a public park" or local businesses should find a way to save it and make it a profit center. A good sign, though. If we're going to have earmarks, they might as well be for important things like saving a great baseball stadium.
