June Gloom Continues: Santiago to the DL

Ramon Santiago’s shoulder injury, suffered in the seventh inning, forces him to the 15-day DL.

My guess is that Mike Hessman comes up from Toledo. Why? Because, like the 2008 season, it makes no sense.

Or they may go way out of the box and bring up Danny Worth from Double-A Erie. He’s hitting only .261 this year but the Tigers have shown that they aren’t afraid to promote from the bushes, see Clevlen, Brent; Dolsi, Freddy.
