Great point. Wouldn't it be something if the Tigers rally for a second-half surge? Or a pre-All Star Game surge continuing on into a second-half surge? Keep the optimism!

I wonder if the Tigers might just be getting their 2nd-half-flop over with in the 1st half this year. The last couple of years, even the World Series year, they went into a 2nd half nose dive. So I'm hoping that they're simply getting this out of the way early. The fact that they are still hanging around in the division is a good sign. If they can hold on until the All Star break, and then kick on the afterburners, then they may just see the post-season.

Well, it's a nice thought anyway. :)
