How Can the Royals Own the Tigers This Year?

I’m just sitting here wondering about the 12-game losing streak the Royals snapped tonight at home against Cleveland.

More specifically, I’m wondering about how it’s possible that a team capable of losing a dozen straight is also capable of sweeping the Tigers at Comerica Park to open the season and in Kansas City six weeks later?

The Tigers and Royals don’t meet again until July 21, the first of four series between the clubs in the second half. What will the Tigers season be lookin’ like then?
