I enjoyed the piece about Johnny B. I had forgotten 'Fuss was not on the '84 squad, then I remembered feeling awful when he was traded. Remember when we were at Tiger Stadium in '83, July, and the Tigers were playing the Yankees? Johnny had two yaks that night, I believe. Good memories. The Tigers were in first, one game ahead of Baltimore going into that night game. T$ M¢,

Can't think of another player whose stance had both feet on the back line of the batter's box. His career stats aren't outstanding, but he was simply uncanny at executing the hit-and-run.
