Two Tigers Make Bill James’ “Young Talent Inventory”

“We are sitting in a historic bubble of young talent.”

So says Bill James. In fact, says James in a SI.com column titled “Young Talent Inventory“, 2007’s crop of 25-and-under studs is the best since 1964.

Two Tigers players, Justin Verlander (#15) and Curtis Granderson (#22), make the top 25.
