When I launched this humble blog in March 2006, I wanted to create a site where readers could find and engage in, as our tagline states, lively and robust discussion about the Detroit Tigers.

In that time we’ve built a solid community of Tigers fans from Birmingham to Baghdad. Today we’re taking it to the next level. I’m pleased to introduce our spankin’-new Detroit Tigers social network: The Daily Fungo Clubhouse.
