Why involve me in this?

Certainly an auspicsious start for the Tabbies last night. I almost pulled myself out of bed to see what had to have been the zaniest play Rick Rizz or Jim Price had ever broadcast (I was listening to both XM and XYT once it got crazy). Neither one of them could do it justice.

Rizz, as per usual, got way too excited and Price, as per usual, blamed Beltre's late movement at the bag for avoiding both the bag and Carlos Guillen tag.

Tough one to lose, but when you're catcher gets tossed, your All-Star second sacker's on the bench, you're facing King Felix, and you're starting a 22-year-old, things like that will happen.

How's that for positivity?

Of course, if they don't bounce back tonight, I'll lead the charge to send Leyland packing - as long as he takes C-Mo and T-Jo as his two items of carry-on baggage.
